COVID-19 & CONTACT TRACING
Please be aware that as we move through the lockdown 'levels', our policy may change as the Ministry of Health implements new requirements. Please check back before you visit the show for our finalised policy closer to the show.
Our goal is to keep exhibitors and visitors safe and in order to do this, Bay Events and Trustpower Baypark have a few new measurements in place:
Baypark has been thoroughly cleaned and an anti-microbial fog has been applied throughout to provide long-lasting protection. The venue continues to undergo regular commercial cleans and high-touch point areas are disinfected throughout the day and/or between use by staff. Hand sanitising stations are set up at the entrance to the venue, and throughout the show. We encourage you have your own hand sanitiser available at your stand.
There are markings on the floor in the entrance to indicated one metre spacing to comply with physical distancing rules. To minimise prolonged contact with staff, encourage your customers to use payWave or Eftpos instead of cash in transactions.
Baypark are required to record the contact details of everyone who walk through the doors, so that they can provide these to the Ministry of Health should they require them. When you enter there is be a unique QR Code on display at the entrance that you need to scan with the camera on your phone. This will take you to a website to enter your name, phone number and email address to ‘check-in’ to the venue. Upon existing the venue, you will also scan the QR Code to ‘check-out’.
