When do the doors open and close?

The doors open to the public at 10am, and close at 5pm.

Tickets are $10 for adults, and $5 for children 13 and under.  Small children in prams will not be charged.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are sold at the door on the day, or online sales will be launced closer to the show.

Who is exhibiting?

We're now working on our 2020 exhibitor list.

When is the best time to come?

It's definitely the most busy in the mornings - if you want to avoid the crowds, it's recommended that you come in the afternoon, and Sunday is generally a little quieter than Saturday.

Is there an extra cost to attend the Live Cooking Theatre?

No!  Unlike other shows, attendance to the Live Cooking Theatre is included in your entry ticket.

Who will be featured in the Live Cooking Theatre?

We're working on our 2020 Live Cooking Theatre lineup.

Is there anywhere to sit down and eat?

Yes!  The Landing Food Truck Hub is located just outside the doors along the back wall of the show.  There are food trucks, a bar and live music, as well as a covered marquee and tables to sit down and enjoy a meal.  Check out The Landing lineup here.

Is there anything for kids to do?

We have a balloon twister and face painter onsite, and there is no extra charge on top of the entry fee to take advantage of these fun services.  Keep in mind that the Seriously Good Food Show is a very busy setting, so it can be difficult to get around with pushchairs or small children.

Where do I park?

We have plenty of parking attendants on hand to show you where to go.  Parking is totally free!

Are there ATM facilities available?

Most exhibitors do have Eftpos facilities at their stands, and we also provide a cash out facility.

Is there internet or Wi-Fi available?

There is public Wi-Fi available at the venue.  It's totally free, and you don't need a password to access it.

Are there cloakroom or property check facilities available?

We provide a parcel minding service at the Info Desk that's totally free!  So if you don't want to drag your purchases around the whole show, bring them to the Info Desk and we will take care of them for you.

Are there wheelchairs available?

Yes!  Ask at the Info Desk (near the entry/exit).  Numbers are limited, so it can be helpful to book them in advance by contacting Bay Events on 07 576 0513.  Please keep in mind that the show can be quite busy, and moving in a wheelchair may be difficult.
